Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day‑to‑day execution owner for new advertisers during implementation, managing campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting
  • Understand advertiser marketing objectives and support the execution of programmatic strategies to drive KPIs
  • Configure and QA campaigns, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate setup and reliable measurement
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify issues, optimization opportunities, and early signals of product‑fit
  • Identify incremental growth opportunities within existing setups and surface them to senior team members
  • Partner with New Business Sales, Growth, Product, and Data Science teams to address configuration and performance questions
  • Use AI large language models to improve quality and turnaround time for research, summaries, and client materials

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in mobile advertising, ad tech, martech, or a related client‑facing role
  • Hands‑on experience with campaign setup and optimization, ideally on a DSP or similar performance platform
  • Exposure to data analysis, campaign optimization, or digital marketing strategy
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with the mobile ecosystem and ad tech fundamentals (MMPs, attribution, events, tracking)
  • Fluency in English and native level Chinese (Mandarin)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting customers in Greater China
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑regional teams
