Responsibilities
- Client acquisition: Create new opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing
- Achieve sales KPIs and targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Prepare accurate quotes and present professional proposals to clients
- Negotiate contracts to balance client value with company profit margins
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in the CRM
- Provide client feedback to the Product Team to drive product improvements
- Manage partnerships with local industry groups and travel associations
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish (minimum C2 level)
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales
- Strong phone presence and meeting leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and resilient mindset
- Growth mindset with openness to coaching
