New Build Mortgage Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients, specifically focusing on new build properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local developers, site teams, and regional stakeholders
• Manage client cases through an integrated process to maximize revenue and referrals
• Utilize CRM systems and mortgage sourcing software to manage business efficiently
• Support customer and developer demand, which may include working weekends

Requirements

• Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing mortgage advice
• Experience within new build mortgages preferred
• Ability to build relationships with developers and site teams
• Proficiency with CRM systems and mortgage sourcing software
• Commercial mindset and motivation to grow a business
