About the role
Responsibilities
- Independent patient management in major trauma orthopaedics, plastics, and neurosciences/trauma
- Provide respiratory care and manage patients with tracheostomy
- Work jointly with the multidisciplinary team (MDT)
- Perform functional tasks and delegate responsibilities to Rehabilitation Support Workers (RSWs)
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
- Extensive experience in major trauma orthopaedics, plastics, and neurosciences/trauma
- Experience in respiratory care and tracheostomy management
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
