About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport and relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) and office staff to drive product awareness and adoption
  • Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers
  • Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide patient education
  • Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet unique needs
  • Analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and manage promotional budgets
  • Maintain a consistent call average of face-to-face interactions with top target customers
  • Adhere to all company compliance policies and guidelines while achieving sales performance goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year of full-time, documented business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • Valid US driver's license and an acceptable driving record
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel regularly, which may include air travel and overnight stays
  • Proficiency with technology for both face-to-face and virtual interactions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales
  • Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing
  • Experience with new product launches
  • Broad therapeutic area experience
