Neuroscience Brand Leader

Responsibilities

• Promote neuroscience products to healthcare professionals, communicating features, benefits, and advantages.
• Present medical information to doctors and pharmacists in compliance with Teva regulations and Ministry of Health promotional guidelines.
• Develop strategic, efficient, and cost-effective regional action plans aligned with marketing brand plans and country strategy.
• Manage and optimize the existing portfolio through effective resource allocation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Execute integrated customer management to determine appropriate positioning and penetration strategies.
• Prepare and control the regional budget and perform financial analysis for assigned products.
• Conduct market segmentation and implement effective working models within the assigned territory.
• Utilize data-driven insights, including market and growth indices, to guide business actions.
• Monitor brand preference and trends at the pharmacy level to drive business development.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Must be residing in Izmir.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in sales or marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and planning skills.
• High level of medical knowledge and presentation ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a team-player mindset.
• Ability to work with high energy, motivation, and a solution-oriented approach.
• No travel restrictions.
