Neuropsychologist

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist neuropsychological assessments and interventions within clients’ homes, workplaces, and community settings
• Provide rehabilitation focused on cognitive, emotional, and behavioural outcomes to promote independence and participation
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team including OT, PT, and SLT colleagues
• Contribute to shared formulations, joint goal-setting, and rehabilitation planning
• Use trauma-informed and vocational rehabilitation approaches where appropriate
• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships and support clients to return to valued life roles

Requirements

• HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
• Post-graduate qualification in Neuropsychology (QiCN or equivalent)
• Experience working with adults with acquired brain injury
• Background in community neurorehabilitation, neuro rehab, or brain injury services
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
