NeuroPsych Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, coach, and retain top talent for the NeuroPsych sales team
• Develop effective business plans to meet and exceed regional sales goals
• Coach and train team members on different settings of care and marketing strategy execution
• Spend 90+ days in the field supporting local sales representatives
• Analyze weekly and monthly data reports to identify trends and address business concerns
• Coordinate efforts between sales leadership, market access, and sales operations
• Ensure the sales team adheres to all company compliance guidelines and ethical standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales or management experience
• Proven track record of successfully achieving goals and developing effective teams
• Proficiency with technology and ability to interact with customers in virtual environments
• Valid US driver's license and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel regularly, including overnight and weekend travel within the designated region
