Responsibilities

• Provide neurological care in a busy rural practice
• Support the growth and development of the neurology service line
• Collaborate with hospital staff and referring providers

Requirements

• Completion of appropriate License or Certification
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Washington State License
• DEA registration
• NPI
• Completion of residency
• ACLS certification (maintenance required)
• Current CPR card (maintenance required)
