Network/Systems Engineer Level 3

Responsibilities

• Apply systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases including Concept, Development, Production, and Retirement
• Interact with Government stakeholders regarding technical considerations and conflict resolution
• Ensure technical integrity and quality of deliverables associated with ISO/IEC15288 process areas
• Assist in developing innovative approaches to technical or engineering issues
• Supervise or coordinate the work of other contractor engineers or technicians

Requirements

• US Citizenship required
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 20 years of experience, or High School diploma with 25 years of experience
• Extensive networking experience with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proficiency in Linux, SD-WAN, SDN, VPN, TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF
• 5 years of experience with VMware architecture, installation, and configuration
• 5 years of experience with VMotion failover, rollback capability, and template libraries
• 5 years of experience with configuration management and VMware monitoring

Preferred Qualifications

• Testing experience
• Linux Systems administration experience
