About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships for WAN infrastructure, helpdesk, and data center operations
- Administer ERP applications and database servers
- Manage user access for ERP applications
- Coordinate virtual server provisioning
- Coordinate telephone and mobile provisioning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPSEC, LDAP
- Windows Server administration experience
- Linux administration experience
- MySQL or other RDMS administration experience
- Ability to learn complex technical skills quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Java application server experience: JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere
- Accounting, distribution, or manufacturing software experience
- SQL query skills
