Networking ITS Field Technician

Responsibilities

• Master installation and configuration of Wavetronix core products
• Demonstrate and troubleshoot Wavetronix products in the field
• Provide technical training to customers and groups of up to 10 people
• Conduct technical site surveys and review project plans
• Diagnose errors and technical problems to determine proper solutions
• Provide service and customer support both in the field and over the phone
• Document processes and produce detailed trip reports
• Manage on-site installation and configuration of products
• Keep track of current projects and support cases in CRM

Requirements

• Ability to travel 50% or more per month within the New England region
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to execute presentations to large groups
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of networking field work or technical sales
• Technical degree (EE, EET) or certifications in ITS/traffic industry
• Proximity to Massachusetts preferred
