Network VoIP Engineer

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot telephone systems hardware and software, including voicemail, digital sets, and VOIP phones
• Manage Cisco Unified Communication Management, Cisco UCMS, Unity, and Cisco Voice Gateways
• Utilize F5 load balancers (GTM, LTM), Bluecoat proxy, and CheckPoint firewalls
• Work with networking protocols including OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VDC, and Fabric Path

Requirements

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with VOIP Systems
• Proficiency with Cisco Unified Communication Management and Cisco Voice Gateways
• Experience with F5 load balancers, Bluecoat proxy, and CheckPoint firewalls
• Working knowledge of OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VDC, and Fabric Path

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Avaya CS1000m, CS1000E, and Call-pilot
