About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support Cisco IPT solutions and SIP infrastructure using Oracle/ACME SBC controllers
  • Develop custom reports on Cisco CUIC and script new call flows for call centers
  • Troubleshoot UCCE issues including scripting, log reading, and server platform logs
  • Manage Voice Gateway configuration, SRST, Transcoding, and Dial Plan design
  • Act as a technical SME to drive T2/T3 staff and vendors in resolving complex problems
  • Lead automation initiatives for system maintenance and process efficiency
  • Review and audit project documentation for delivery teams

Requirements

  • 7 to 9 years of experience in CISCO IPT solutions and SIP infrastructure
  • Expert understanding of Cisco Unified Communication Products (UCCE, CVP, VXML, ICM)
  • Experience with Call Manager (up to 10.x), Unity, and Cisco Emergency Responder
  • Proficiency with SBC technologies such as Oracle/Acme, Cisco CUBE, or CUSP
  • Hands-on experience with routing protocols including BGP4, OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP
  • Knowledge of telephony protocols: SIP, SCCP, MGCP, PRI, and H.323
  • CCNP Voice certification or better
  • Fluent English communication skills
