Responsibilities

• Install and deploy active network equipment according to recommended architecture
• Manage renewal and evolution projects for existing solutions
• Coordinate construction sites and actions with the telephony team
• Configure and test network equipment, including network load analysis
• Update and maintain existing network equipment configurations and perform preventive maintenance
• Identify and resolve network incidents
• Replace and troubleshoot network hardware after incidents
• Develop operational instructions and update network mapping
• Perform physical interventions in technical rooms for patching and equipment replacement
• Monitor and control maintenance provider intervention times
• Manage network printers via GPO and Unix/Linux print servers
• Manage Exchange mail servers, mail filtering, and proxies
• Manage authorization requests including AD account creation and Exchange permissions

Requirements

• Master's degree or Engineering degree in Computer Science (Bac +5)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a production environment (operations, maintenance, etc.)
