Network Testing Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the validation of enterprise network changes across LAN/WAN, security, and cloud platforms to ensure functional, performance, and compliance requirements are met.
• Design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and validation scenarios for routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, and load balancers.
• Act as a quality gate by identifying defects and risks, providing clear go/no-go recommendations during release calls.
• Drive quality efficiencies by implementing automated solutions for network and security testing lifecycles.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, Operations, and Change Advisory Boards (CAB) to ensure high-quality, low-risk deployments.
• Maintain comprehensive validation evidence, test reports, and quality metrics to ensure audit readiness.

Requirements

• 10–14 years of total IT experience, including at least 5+ years in network testing delivery leadership.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end network change validation (Switching, Routing, Firewall, SD-WAN, Zscaler, Load Balancers).
• Strong experience in defect management, risk control, and providing technical recommendations for production readiness.
• Proficiency with ITIL Service Management tools and concepts (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar).
• Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and using project management tools like Jira or Azure.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to support deployment windows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, or COBIT.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN (Silver Peak/Palo Alto), Zscaler, F5, or Infoblox.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with automation scripting and CI/CD validation processes.
