Responsibilities
- Maintain operational conditions for network and telephony infrastructure components
- Perform routine administration and installation of updates
- Provide level 3 support for incidents and requests escalated by N1/N2 teams
- Manage security conditions and vulnerability management
- Maintain knowledge bases, mapping, and transfer skills to N1/N2 teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in N3 Network/Security administration
- Mastery of Cisco LAN networks
- Proficiency with Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls
- Experience with security components (Email gateways, Proxy, EDR/XDR)
- Knowledge of certificate management and vulnerability management
- Experience with security incident management
- Experience with Cisco telephony (CUCM, UCCX, Jabber) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Cisco DNA Center and Catalyst switches
- Familiarity with remote access management (Ivanti, GlobalProtect, RSA)
- Experience with mobile device management (Omnissa Workspace ONE)
- Knowledge of Skyhigh Secure Web Gateway and SentinelOne
