Network & Telecom Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve critical network and telecom incidents to ensure client satisfaction
• Configure, administer, and maintain network security equipment including firewalls and VPNs
• Manage IP telephony solutions, including SIP trunks and VoIP gateways
• Supervise and monitor infrastructure performance using advanced monitoring tools
• Document technical procedures, intervention reports, and infrastructure compliance

Requirements

• Bac +4/+5 degree in Networks & Telecommunications
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)

Preferred Qualifications

• Fortinet certification
• 3CX certification
• Experience in complex technical environments
