Network Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform leak repairs and maintain network accessories such as valves, hydrants, and pressure reducers
• Manage water shutdowns and service restorations during network works
• Execute meter renewal programs, specifically for large diameters
• Update GIS systems with network plan information and georeferencing data
• Conduct field investigations to analyze consumption variations and causes
• Perform meter interventions, including checking functionality and replacements
• Conduct leak detection and analyze network data (distribution volumes, losses, and remote reading)
• Perform measurements for the establishment of quotes
• Strictly adhere to all company safety rules and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the water industry, specifically in distribution and drinking water piping
• Strong technical knowledge of drinking water distribution systems
• Valid driving license (Permis B)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) data entry
• Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
