Network Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine customer interventions including opening/closing connections, meter installation, and leak repairs.
• Maintain radio and remote reading equipment and conduct meter renewals.
• Execute network works such as excavation, pipe laying, connections, and road resurfacing.
• Conduct field investigations and maintain hydraulic equipment like valves and pressure reducers.
• Ensure traceability of all interventions by updating digital tools (SAMI) and network plans.
• Manage equipment and vehicle maintenance and complete weekly administrative documentation.
• Participate in the on-call rotation (one week every 4 to 5 weeks).

Requirements

• CAP/BEP/BAC PRO in plumbing, public works, or a related water industry qualification.
• Alternatively, at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar role.
• Valid Driving License (Permis B) is mandatory.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as tablets and computers.
• Ability to live within 30 minutes of Thizy to support on-call requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Heavy Goods Vehicle (PL) license.
• CACES Mini-Pelle (mini-excavator) certification.
