Network Supply Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop Rough-Cut Capacity Plans (RCCP) and identify capacity constraints for assigned plants
• Lead monthly capacity reviews and S&OP meetings, publishing key actions and decisions
• Review constrained plans to identify risks on both demand and supply sides
• Drive mitigation plans with cross-functional teams to ensure supply and demand alignment
• Strategically plan FG, semi-FG, and components to optimize inventory and service levels
• Define planning strategies (MTS, ATO, MTO) based on business needs and lead-time targets
• Monitor plan attainment, schedule adherence, and inventory health metrics
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for delivery performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in planning
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
• Practical knowledge of SAP (Material Master/SD modules)
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Major in Supply Chain Management or Business Operations
• APICS certification or Six Sigma Black Belt
• Experience in multinational companies or the electronics industry
• Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response or capacity modeling expertise
