About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex network incidents, providing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Maintain stability and availability of network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, routing, switching, and firewall environments
- Ensure network solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards by reviewing technical designs
- Collaborate with the Network Operations Team Lead and multidisciplinary teams to ensure uniform application of best practices
- Translate business and project needs into scalable network solutions, defining technical and connectivity requirements
- Contribute to project planning by defining Bills of Materials (BOM) and Statements of Work (SOW)
- Support automation, DevOps initiatives, and the improvement of network monitoring tools and processes
- Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and standardize network infrastructure
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise network administration
- Mastery of IP network fundamentals: LAN, WAN, Layer 2/3, VPN, SDN, DHCP, DNS
- Strong expertise in network diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of network security, network flows, and LAN/WAN security technologies
- Experience with network automation using scripting
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and network infrastructure management tools
- Significant experience with Cisco and Fortinet solutions
- Fluency in both French and English
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL certification
- Experience in large-scale network environments
