Network & Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive optimal sales and service footprint regarding customer proximity and incremental sales within the ASEAN region
• Manage customer network execution by providing local technical and commercial capability
• Identify and consolidate local distribution and service requirements to align with regional growth opportunities
• Promote, roll out, and implement network concepts into the market
• Ensure technical training content is available according to concept requirements and customer needs
• Monitor and track network quality development and execution
• Act as the voice of local markets within the business-line organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or an equivalent field
• Strong sales, promotion, and customer care skills
• Technical understanding of automotive products and customer needs
• Analytical and tactical thinking skills with the ability to manage complexity
• Strong intercultural competence and deep regional market knowledge
• Knowledge of automotive service network management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive initiatives
