Network & Security Infrastructure Expert

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage network projects for offices and stores, including new openings and renovations
• Manage network incidents, service requests, and changes to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Supervise LAN/MAN/WAN infrastructure, including HP Aruba switches/routers and Fortinet Wi-Fi solutions
• Administer security solutions including Fortinet firewalls, Zscaler (ZPA/ZIA), and essential network services (DNS, DHCP, RADIUS)
• Provide technical expertise and support for Sephora sites in Latin America (Brazil and Mexico) and assist EMEA teams as needed
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production outside of standard business hours

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Level 3 Network Expert
• Deep proficiency in LAN/MAN/WAN environments
• Hands-on experience with HP Aruba, Fortinet, and Zscaler
• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and RADIUS
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNP or CCIE certification
• Knowledge of Cloud services and identity management (Okta, Active Directory)
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA
• Experience working in the retail or luxury goods sector
• Proficiency in French or Portuguese
