Network Security & Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute decommission activities including IP address removal, DNS decommissioning, and SSL certificate removal
• Perform configuration changes and implementations across firewalls, load balancers, proxy platforms, and micro-segmentation solutions
• Plan and execute software upgrades for network security management applications and infrastructure
• Support enterprise change management processes, including risk assessment, implementation, and stakeholder coordination
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority incidents affecting DNS, CDN services, and DDoS protection solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs and runbooks
• Participate in automation initiatives through validation, regression testing, and providing operational feedback
• Execute planned Disaster Recovery (DR) activities and infrastructure recovery exercises

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Network Security and Network Infrastructure operations
• Expertise in Enterprise Firewalls, Load Balancers, and Proxy Technologies
• Proficiency with Micro-Segmentation Solutions, External DNS Services, and CDN Platforms
• Experience with SSL Certificate Management and DDoS protection solutions
• Strong understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, and Disaster Recovery Planning
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large enterprise or banking environments
• Exposure to infrastructure automation and network security automation initiatives
• Experience working in highly regulated environments with strict governance
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and operational best practices
