Network Planning Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the freighter schedule development process for both short-term (current IATA season) and long-term (6-12 months) horizons.
• Optimize the cargo network to maximize profitability while ensuring operational integrity and compliance.
• Recommend capacity optimization initiatives and changes to senior management.
• Develop annual budget schedules and long-term (5- and 10-year) schedules incorporating fleet strategy.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders including Revenue Management, Operations, Finance, and Passenger Network Planning.
• Protect and enhance the airline's slot portfolio and ensure accurate flight publication.
• Manage ad-hoc charter requests and analyze route profitability to support tactical and structural decision-making.
• Design freighter networks that ensure effective utilization of fleet and balance cargo capacity.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of airline experience in network planning or scheduling.
• Exposure to airline cargo operations is considered a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate studies in a relevant discipline.
• Strong strategic planning and deep analytical skills.
• Proven negotiation and advocacy skills.
