Network Planner

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of intercity bus lines, including route scheduling and planning bus and driver rotations
• Develop and scale a profitable bus network by balancing travel demand, profitability, and sustainability
• Coordinate line portfolios with various stakeholders to navigate competing priorities and ensure smooth operations
• Conduct quantitative analysis and reconcile data from multiple sources to drive informed decision-making
• Present complex ideas and figures clearly to update team members and stakeholders
• Maintain a strong bias for action to continuously optimize the line portfolio in a changing environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, transportation, urban planning, geography, economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in transportation/supply planning, project management, or a similar fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and modeling skills to solve complex transportation challenges
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to negotiate under pressure
• Fluent in English
• Proven ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
