Network Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on drinking water and sanitation networks, including leak repairs and pipe laying
• Execute new works such as creating water and sanitation connections
• Conduct excavation, backfilling, and road restoration (asphalt, paving, concrete)
• Manage the renewal of water meters and hydraulic equipment, including fire hydrants
• Perform network maneuvers such as water shut-offs and service restorations
• Ensure traceability of interventions by updating network plans and writing intervention reports
• Maintain equipment and service vehicles
• Participate in the on-call rotation (one week every 4 to 5 weeks)

Requirements

• CAP, BEP, or BAC PRO in plumbing, public works, or water-related trades
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (apprenticeships accepted)
• Valid Driver's License (Permis B) is mandatory
• Ability to live within 30 minutes of Thizy to participate in the on-call rotation
• Heavy vehicle license (Permis C) and Mini-Excavator certification (CACES) are a plus
