Responsibilities
- Learn how real networks work by assisting engineers
- Help with basic tasks including simple configurations, documentation, and routine checks
- Join troubleshooting sessions to learn issue analysis and resolution
- Gain exposure to routers, switches, firewalls, automation tools, and cloud environments
Requirements
- Basic understanding of networking (IP, routing, switching)
- Curiosity and motivation to learn
- Proficiency with computers and terminal usage
- Basic Linux knowledge is a plus
