Network Monitoring Analyst

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance and health of the network utilizing Cisco ACI and F5 technologies
• Deliver first-level support for network-related incidents and service requests
• Collaborate with engineering teams to facilitate deployment and management of network configurations
• Analyze network traffic and performance metrics to enhance system functionality
• Record network operations, incidents, and resolutions for compliance
• Monitor infrastructure alarms for ACI and F5 systems, performing initial fault management and isolation
• Engage in remediation activities according to established SOPs
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 engineers

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in network monitoring or support roles
• Experience with Cisco ACI and F5 technologies preferred
• Basic understanding of networking principles, TCP/IP, and application delivery
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and services
• Must be a Saudi National
• Ability to work 8x5 schedule with on-call responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with load balancers, firewalls, and application performance management tools
• CCNA or similar networking certification
• Knowledge of ITIL practices
