Network Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global team of network engineers, providing direction and performance management.
• Own the end-to-end operation, stability, and security of the global enterprise network across data centers, cloud, and offices.
• Architect and maintain a scalable, modern network infrastructure while driving the adoption of automation and AI.
• Oversee network operations, including incident response, change management, and proactive maintenance.
• Support M&A integrations by planning and executing network consolidation and onboarding strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and budget tracking to optimize cost and value.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and high availability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management and leadership.
• Proven experience working within the finance industry.
• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale global networks.
• Hands-on experience with SASE, SSE, Prisma Access, or Zscaler.
• Proficiency in cloud network design and implementation (AWS, Azure).
• Strong knowledge of network automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Ansible).
• Deep understanding of routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Technical expertise with hardware from Palo Alto, Cisco, Arista, Juniper, or Aruba.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WAN technologies such as MPLS, IPSEC VPN, and SD-WAN.
• Knowledge of exchange connectivity (e.g., CME, SGX, ICE, Eurex, LME).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
• ITIL v4 certification.
