About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own regional network growth targets, commercial performance, and contribution to network P&L
  • Drive sales of multiple network models including owned, franchise, and partner-led
  • Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close agreements with landlords, property owners, and fleet operators
  • Liaise with DISCOMs to secure EV power connections and manage contractors for meter energization
  • Evaluate potential charging locations against commercial, technical, and regulatory criteria
  • Oversee electricity billing, reimbursements, and settlements with landlords and partners
  • Hire, manage, and scale the NCR network team and regional vendors

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in sales and operations within electricity-associated industries (EV, Solar, Parking Management, or Battery Storage)
  • Proven ability to close commercial deals and manage regional P&L
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management
  • High sense of ownership and agility
