About the role
Responsibilities
- Own regional network growth targets, commercial performance, and contribution to network P&L
- Drive sales of multiple network models including owned, franchise, and partner-led
- Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close agreements with landlords, property owners, and fleet operators
- Liaise with DISCOMs to secure EV power connections and manage contractors for meter energization
- Evaluate potential charging locations against commercial, technical, and regulatory criteria
- Oversee electricity billing, reimbursements, and settlements with landlords and partners
- Hire, manage, and scale the NCR network team and regional vendors
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in sales and operations within electricity-associated industries (EV, Solar, Parking Management, or Battery Storage)
- Proven ability to close commercial deals and manage regional P&L
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management
- High sense of ownership and agility
