Network IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for all network, IT, infrastructure, and software tools related to space acquisitions and operations.
• Operate and maintain accredited SCI/SAPF facilities, including networks, workspaces, and high-bandwidth IT infrastructure.
• Provide technological support for IT configuration, management, and hardware/software lifecycle support across unclassified to SAP levels.
• Support digital engineering initiatives by assessing capabilities, identifying gaps, and developing integrated digital roadmaps.
• Apply Risk Management Framework (RMF) and technical readiness levels (TRLs) to obtain accreditation for digital engineering toolsets.
• Provide expert guidance on digital methodologies, solution evaluation, and change management.

Requirements

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Master’s Degree in a related technical field (e.g., Systems Engineering, IT, or Network Engineering).
• 10+ years of experience developing and executing DoD networking, infrastructure, or IT requirements.
• Deep knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience maintaining operational and accredited SCIF/SAPF environments.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or Security+.
• Experience integrating commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) toolsets into classified networks.
