Network Infrastructure Owners Representative - Data Centers

Responsibilities

• Ensure Owner's standards, specifications, and technical guidance are maintained during network infrastructure execution
• Act as primary liaison between the Owner and Project/Construction teams
• Perform weekly site walks and ensure EH&S compliance
• Implement QA/QC checklists and review quality documentation
• Manage risk and issues pertaining to schedule and quality
• Coordinate logistics and deliveries of fiber bundles, racks, optics, and patch panels
• Manage owner-furnished materials using SAP and other internal systems
• Utilize BIM, P6 scheduling, and Fluxx for project execution and tracking

Requirements

• 10 years of telecoms experience
• 5 years of focused Data Centre construction or fit-out experience
• Experience working for a developer or end user
