Network & Information Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and administer enterprise network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs
• Manage virtual networking and infrastructure within Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Install and maintain Windows servers, storage platforms, and virtualization environments
• Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and identity lifecycle management
• Implement cybersecurity controls aligned with NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, and ITAR
• Provide Tier II and Tier III technical support for engineering and corporate users
• Monitor security events and support vulnerability management initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and network administration
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
• Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V
• Knowledge of network security, firewalls, and endpoint protection

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting
• Knowledge of NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, and ITAR frameworks
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or Palo Alto technologies
• Proficiency in PowerShell or Python for automation
• Industry certifications such as Security+, Network+, CCNA, or VCP
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
