Network Execution Program Manager I, Hub Delivery

Responsibilities

• Implement long-term Network Execution solutions to enable Hub Delivery Partners to deliver faster and more efficiently.
• Configure logistical, jurisdictional, developmental, and operational systems.
• Develop or modify configuration plans, policies, and procedures tailored to system complexity.
• Utilize data to report on configuration success and identify opportunities to improve resources and processes.
• Build partnerships across corporate and global stakeholders to ensure long-term scalability.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve urgent matters and escalations, removing barriers for learners.
• Contribute to the overall strategy of the global Hub Delivery Partner Program.

Requirements

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
• 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full-time experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
• Experience in MS Access and SQL.
• Experience in requirement gathering and writing detailed requirement documents.
• Experience using Microsoft Projects software.
• Experience with material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams.
