Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform eNodeB Integration using BSIM, ENM, and AMOS
• Support on-site crews for construction and troubleshooting issues
• Assist field technicians with troubleshooting eNodeB alarms, RRUs, and RET issues
• Manage site alarms to ensure they are alarm-free

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in EC, Telecommunication, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Telecom Industry
• Proficiency with LTE network architecture and functionalities
• Experience with Ericsson OSS tools, Common Explorer, and RBS Element Manager
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson Baseband units (DUW, DUS, BB5216, BB6630)
• Knowledge of S1 & X2 Transport network and Radio Network parameters
• Familiarity with LKF activation and software upgrade procedures using SHM
• Understanding of Remote Electrical Tilts (RET) and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Alarm Handling & Fault Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ARNE for managing network objects in ENM
• Experience with Secure Gateway (Citrix), FileZilla, Putty, and Quantum tools
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
