Purple Rock IT Solutions is a Dubai-based IT infrastructure, networking, and systems integration company delivering enterprise IT solutions, managed services, and large-scale event technology deployments across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure
• Manage Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, including VPN, firewall policies, NAT, and SD-WAN
• Deploy and manage Ubiquiti UniFi wireless networks and controllers
• Design and operate temporary network infrastructure for large-scale events (500–20,000+ users)
• Set up bonded cellular and SD-WAN uplinks using Peplink
• Provide on-site support during event build-up, live operations, and de-rig
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and security issues for MSP clients
• Create network diagrams using Microsoft Visio and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in network deployment and support
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls
• Hands-on experience with Ubiquiti UniFi wireless networks
• Documentable experience in event or temporary network deployment
• Must be currently based in the UAE on a valid residence or employment visa
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Networking, or Computer Science
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and VPNs
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays for event projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Fortinet NSE / FCP certification
• CCNA/CCNP, Ubiquiti UEWA, or Peplink certifications
• Experience with Ekahau or NetSpot for wireless heatmap surveys
• Experience with Cisco/Meraki, Aruba, Sophos, or Ruijie solutions
