Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Identify insider threats by utilizing advanced analytics, monitoring, and data correlation
• Support network infrastructure, perform routine maintenance, and provide guidance on upgrades
• Oversee the High Speed Guard Cross Domain solution for data transfer between classification domains
• Support documentation to effectively capture the configuration baseline
• Design and support system recapitalization plans for capacity growth
• Serve as the subject matter expert on all client network infrastructure

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
• Prior leadership responsibilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience developing technical documents, analyses, and reports
• Experience preparing and presenting briefings to senior management
• Working knowledge of defense-in-depth principles and network security architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT Management, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery management
• Experience with User Activity Monitoring products and platforms
• Experience with Everfox High-Speed Guard Platform
• Experience with Cisco and Juniper LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls
• Experience with ForcePoint/FirePower
