Network Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Monitor global network health and respond to alerts and incidents across enterprise, datacenter, and cloud environments
• Build, maintain, and improve runbooks for incident response, standard changes, and recurring operational tasks
• Develop and maintain automation using Ansible and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices to reduce manual effort
• Perform day-to-day network administration, including configuration changes, validation, and documentation
• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, and application-impacting network issues in on-premises and hybrid environments
• Operate and enhance network monitoring and alerting using tools such as LogicMonitor
• Participate in a shared global on-call rotation to support critical network events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise, cloud, or datacenter networking in an operational or engineering role
• Proficiency in building automation using Ansible and applying IaC practices
• Strong troubleshooting skills across network and application layers
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English to collaborate with international teams
• Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation and operational runbooks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and SD-WAN products
• Experience with Grafana for dashboards and observability
• Experience with Arista switches and routers
• Professional certifications such as CCNA or CCNP
• Experience with cloud networking in AWS, GCP, or specifically Azure
