Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze, audit, design, and optimize advanced telecom networks across RAN, Transport, Core, and OM domains
• Suggest resolutions to complex technical problems and discuss technological challenges with customers
• Collect customer requirements from RFQs and propose scopes of work for design or optimization services
• Estimate cost of sales for service proposals, including manpower, tools, travel, and expenses
• Document and present service offerings that include compelling customer value propositions
• Support pre-sales organizations with technical network analysis to create business opportunities
• Utilize Ericsson analytics solutions, including automation and machine learning tools

Requirements

• Proven experience in network design and optimization
• Strong proficiency in data analytics and automation
• Ability to manage stakeholders and provide consultative technical expertise
• Solid financial acumen for cost estimation and commercial service delivery
• Deep understanding of network performance and service delivery business processes
• Excellent knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
