Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze, audit, design, and optimize advanced telecom networks across RAN, Transport, Core, OM, and Services domains
• Support pre-sales organizations by providing technical network analysis to create business opportunities
• Suggest resolutions to complex technical problems and discuss technological challenges with customers
• Collect customer requirements from RFQs and propose scopes of work for design or optimization services
• Estimate cost of sales for service proposals, including manpower, tools, travel, and expenses
• Document and present service offerings that include clear customer value propositions
• Utilize new analytics solutions, automation, and machine learning tools to improve network efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience in network design and optimization within the telecommunications sector
• Strong proficiency in data analytics and automation
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and consultative processes
• Solid financial acumen for estimating service costs and understanding commercial aspects
• Expertise in network performance and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the Ericsson product portfolio
• Experience with 4G and 5G technologies
• Proficiency in Linux, switches, servers, and integration processes
• Background in auditing and CMS
