Network Engineer, Enterprise Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for network infrastructure solutions, including implementation and optimization
• Engage in the future design of next-generation network infrastructure to meet long-term business requirements
• Participate in the design of network remote edge office locations across the EMEIA region
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to innovate and implement new solutions
• Maximize network performance through continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and scheduled upgrades
• Act as a problem or incident manager for complex technical escalations
• Maintain and enforce regional and global network standards and documentation

Requirements

• Background in network support and operational experience running global multi-site network environments
• Knowledge of multi-vendor WAN, LAN, Internet, VPN remote access, and Firewall technologies
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto wired, wireless, and firewall product portfolios
• Experience with network virtualization, including virtual routers, switches, and cloud-based solutions
• Exceptional documentation skills and the ability to develop Proof of Concept plans
• Strong written and oral communication skills for interacting with peers and management

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of network monitoring tools and ticket management systems
• Experience with change management processes
• Proficiency in scripting and network automation
