Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, manage, and support network infrastructure in a global enterprise
• Utilize expert knowledge of Cisco, VOIP, Palo Alto, and BigIP F5 solutions
• Support routing and switching protocols, firewalls, LAN/WAN/MAN, SDWAN, and VPN access
• Manage network authentication and onboarding via RSA and Identity Services Engine
• Perform troubleshooting analysis for client offices and provide technical guidance to team members
• Create and maintain network documentation including diagrams, work instructions, and SOPs
• Review external vendor network designs for operational efficiency
• Provide performance, capacity, inventory, and licensing reports

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in enterprise networking environments
• Proven experience with Cisco, VOIP, Palo Alto, and BigIP F5
• CCNA certification (required)
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical abilities and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNP certification
• Experience with Azure networking
