Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and administer network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, security)
• Define and implement network evolution plans to ensure performance and availability
• Act as a technical interface with suppliers, telecom operators, and integrators
• Identify and reduce risks related to network architecture
• Participate in architecture reviews regarding resilience and cybersecurity
• Monitor performance indicators such as latency, availability, and capacity
• Propose continuous improvement axes for infrastructures and operational processes

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in networks, telecommunications, or cybersecurity
• Approximately 3 years of experience in network engineering or administration
• Proficiency in routing, switching, VLAN, QoS, VPN, and high availability
• Experience with Cisco, Aruba, HP, or Fortinet equipment
• Knowledge of network security including firewalling, segmentation, NAC, and IDS/IPS
• Mastery of supervision tools like Wireshark, Centreon, Zabbix, or SolarWinds
• Understanding of protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, STP, and 802.1X
• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in critical environments such as aeronautics, defense, or finance
• Knowledge of quality methods like AMDEC or 8D
