Responsibilities

• Support the sustainable development of the MLM network, monitoring team growth from new consultants to team leaders
• Support team leaders in people management, communication, motivation, engagement, and retention
• Structure and coordinate specific MLM training, including team building, duplication, and leadership development
• Develop content and sessions adapted to different network profiles (new team leaders, intermediate leaders, builders)
• Drive network activation and engagement, promoting collaboration and sharing of best practices
• Organize training materials, documentation, tutorials, and resources to ensure information is accessible and updated

Requirements

• Strong communication, organization, and influence skills
• Knowledge of network-based business models (MLM)
• Entrepreneurial spirit and result orientation
• Experience in training, team development, leadership, coaching, or community management
• Experience in real estate, franchising, or commercial networks is valued
• Ability to transform field needs into practical training solutions
