Network Delivery Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct network provisioning deployments and BAU tasks
• Perform Firewall configuration including ACL management, IPSec, and NAT
• Manage periodic patch management for network switches, firewalls, and servers
• Upgrade OS for network devices to maintain stability
• Conduct performance analysis and implement network optimizations
• Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline routine tasks
• Act as a primary on-call engineer for resolving complex network incidents and outages
• Function as L1 point of escalation for Network Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in network operations or network engineering
• Familiarity with Data Center topologies and routing/switching (BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VRRP)
• Basic scripting skills in Python, Go, or Shell
• Experience with orchestration tools like Ansible or Salt
• Fundamental knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, RHEL) and web servers (Nginx, Apache2)
• Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call rotation environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of VxLAN
• Cisco CCNA or Juniper JNCIA certifications
