Network Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and performance trackers to support business visibility.
• Utilize business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Google Sheets to develop impactful data visualizations.
• Prepare accurate operational reports and forecasts using BI platforms and ERP systems to drive performance against goals.
• Streamline and automate planning processes in partnership with analytics teams to support continuous improvement.
• Gather, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Support the development and execution of strategies to optimize preferred network coverage.
• Perform detailed analyses of current processes, systems, and data flows to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop geographic and territory map visualizations in Tableau to analyze network coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and dashboard development (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in both Korean and English.
• Experience using SQL for data querying.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
