Network Controller

Responsibilities

• Determine daily priorities for codeshare and connecting flight programs
• Communicate directives and priorities to Integrated Operations Center (IOC) departments
• Monitor codeshare flight programs in Altéa and ensure information updates
• Analyze baggage projections, identify restrictions, and adjust flight schedules with approval
• Compile data and statistics for daily operations reports
• Update delay reasons in the AIMS system and coordinate with other operations departments
• Coordinate flight schedules between internal services and monitor airport activities
• Assist the operations manager during irregular operations, delays, and schedule changes

Requirements

• College diploma or equivalent in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or 7 years in flight dispatch, crew scheduling, or passenger support services
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and emergency management skills
• Proficiency in French and English (oral and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AIMS and Altéa systems
• Leadership and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
