Network Controller

Responsibilities

• Set daily priorities for codeshare and connecting flight programs
• Communicate directives and priorities to relevant departments within the Integrated Operations Center (IOC)
• Monitor codeshare flight programs in Altea and ensure accurate updates
• Analyze baggage projection modules and adjust flight schedules with approval
• Compile data and statistics for the daily operations report
• Update delay reasons in AIMS and coordinate with internal teams
• Coordinate flight schedules between all Air Transat internal departments and monitor airport activities
• Assist the Operations Manager during irregular operations, delays, and schedule changes

Requirements

• College diploma or equivalent in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or 7 years in flight dispatch, crew assignment, or passenger support
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability
• Fluency in French and English (oral and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AIMS systems
• Knowledge of Altéa systems
